Su Jok are Korean words for hands and feet. Sujok therapy is based on Professor Park's discovery that our body is represented in micro form on our hands & feet.

The late Professor Park, Jae Woo was a Korean scientist and philosopher. He is the originator of Su Jok Therapy. Through his scientific works he developed a variety of simple and effective systems of treatment, which have gained wide acceptance all over the world among doctors, practitioners and lay people alike. He had great perception, was able to explain oriental wisdom in terms of modern science and was undoubtedly a visionary par excellence.

Su Jok was Professor Park's first discovery. He saw the hand as a replica of the physical body and developed a unique and evolved system of natural health that simplifies complicated eastern therapies, but does not denigrate the effects of the treatment. The hands and feet are the only areas of the body that are treated, which makes it simple and safe to apply. The treatment can be carried out in many different ways to suit individual need, Professor Park was renowned for stating 'there is never just one way'.
